1. Explanation:

The RF card power sales system consists of management software, computer, RF card sales motor, RF card, RF card reader/writer, prepaid multi-purpose electric energy meter and its network system. Each RF card reader/writer can be connected to the electric energy meter in two types through the 485 bus (Type 1 connection: non networked, one RF card reader/writer is connected to one electric meter; Type 2 connection, 485 bus network is combined with RF card method, one RF card reader/writer is connected to 1-10 electric meters). RS232 communication is used between the computer and the RF card sales motor. Through the management software, user RF card initialization (new account opening) parameters, power sales command parameters, and power management setting data can be input into the RF card: On site RF card reader/writer via RS485 Connected to the electricity meter, when the card enters its active area, the reader reads the data in the card, constructs instructions, and sends them to the electricity meter through the RS485 bus. The electricity meter executes the instructions to complete operations such as selling electricity and setting parameters.


2. Basic system functions

※ Electricity sales function: Users can use their card to purchase electricity at the electricity purchase management office, and then swipe their card at the designated RF card reader to complete the electricity purchase operation

※ Preset power function: Write preset power data to the designated RF card reader/writer in the power purchase management area, and swipe the card to preset the specified power for the user; (Can be pre-set for individual households or the entire electricity meter)

※ Set household number function: The electricity meter household number can be set according to the user's needs, and the household number can correspond to the door number;

※ Query function: After successfully purchasing electricity or pre setting the battery level, the card will automatically change to a query card. Users can swipe their card at a designated RF card reader to display the current remaining battery level information

※ Timer setting function: After successfully purchasing electricity or pre setting the battery level, the card will automatically change to a query card. Users can swipe their card at a designated RF card reader to display the current remaining battery level information

※ Load parameter setting function: The function of setting prohibited load parameters on the electricity meter is completed through a card; (Student Apartment Electricity Meter)

※ Power restoration function: When querying user information, if the user's current remaining power is not zero, but the user's electricity is in a power-off state, using this card has the function of restoring power supply.

※ Automatic meter reading function: It can automatically read the electricity meter by setting an over limit card.

※ Networking function: The serial port 1 of the RF card reader/writer is connected to the electricity meter, and the serial port 2 of the RF card reader/writer is connected to the computer to directly control the electricity meter through the computer.


3. System advantages

Compared with the IC card electricity sales system, this system has the following advantages: stronger data security to prevent users from cracking and stealing electricity. When reading data from the IC card meter, the IC card needs to be inserted into the card slot, causing mechanical friction. The card slot is easily damaged, with a high failure rate and short service life. The RF card uses induction to read data, without mechanical friction, with a low failure rate and long service life. The installation position of the RF card reader/writer is flexible: it can be placed in the same distribution box as the electricity meter, or independently installed in an appropriate position according to the on-site situation, which can make it more convenient for users to swipe their cards.

6. Security measures

The RF card reader can be used by multiple users, with one card per household. The card contains unique information about the user, including the meter and outlet number used by the user. The sales motor number and user password used for the card. Each selling motor has a set of passwords, and the card password used by the user must be consistent with the selling motor password, otherwise the card will not be accepted. Cardholders need to complete electricity purchases or presets by first writing a card at the electricity sales management office. The data includes user identification information, electricity purchase quantity, electricity purchase frequency, and then swiping the card. After successfully purchasing electricity or presetting the card, it automatically becomes a query card and cannot be repeated or used on other readers.
